Yes. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of therapy. Information is only shared if required by law or if there is a risk of harm.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am in-network with Anthem/ Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Illinois. I accept insurance for Illinois clients only. I do accept FSA and HSA cards as well.

I live in Missouri, can you still be my therapist?

Yes! All clients must be physically located in Missouri, Illinois, Vermont or South Carolina at the time of their telehealth sessions with a valid address for where sessions will be held in that respective state.
